The civic-run Brihanmumbai Electric Supply & transport (Best) undertaking a great action to reduce the bus fares in order to boost ridership and income. The minimum AC fare has been brought down from Rs 20 to Rs 6 and the maximum fare has been kept at Rs 25. Once implemented, the fare slab for Non-AC regular buses will be Rs 5, 10, 15 & 20 while it will be Rs 6, 13, 19 and Rs 25 for AC buses.
It's a great news such a price drop.

ReplyDeleteTraveling for long distance AC busses are very beneficial but some people avoid due to high price, if prices are reduced than commuters who used to travel through non AC will switch to AC buses and also more commuters will take non AC for short distance as prices are way cheaper than autorickshaw
